Peace and Prosperity Ep.63
▶ The U.S. Presidential race kicks off, how will the U.S. policy on N. Korea change in the future?

The U.S. presidential race for the November election has kicked off between President Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden. In dealing with North Korea, Trump prefers the ‘top-down’ approach, which he relied on during his summits with Kim Jong-un. On the other hand, Biden is expected to take ‘strategic patience’ — a policy that the Obama administration had taken — as his main way to approach this issue. From foreign policy agenda to political preference, the two nominees are completely different from one another. We bring in experts to discuss what South Korea can do to prepare for a possible change of directions of the U.S. policy on North Korea after the election.
