On a positive note, the rain should abate in the afternoon with sun in store for Thursday.

These central cities will drop a few degrees, while Gwangju can expect light showers¡¦and heavier rain early on for Seoul, Daegu and Busan.. with a 22 degree high.
But stay patient, because sunshine is just around the corner.

More drizzle for Daejeon tomorrow, while rainfall and gray skies are set for the Dokdo islets and Jeju Island in the early morning before a cloudier afternoon sets in and possible strong winds for Dokdo as well.
And Mt. Geumgang is looking at a chillier 16 degree high.

It was hot today in Beijing, but a 40% chance of rain is set for early tomorrow before sun later in the day.
We¡¯ve got windy conditions for Islamabad, but a very hot high of 41.
Another round of scattered storms for Manila and Bangkok, unchanged at 30 and 32 degrees.

Looks like a couple of wet days in Kuala Lumpur, Port Moresby and Jakarta¡¦ as scattered storms may pick up in the midst of cloudy intervals.
In Wellington, a dry but cloudy high of 13¡¦though there is a chance of rain on Thursday.

In North America, clouds and more clouds, while Chicago has a 60% chance of developing storms on Wednesday.

Sunny skies for Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires¡¦ despite a cloudier afternoon in the latter.
Lima too will see an abundance of sun for the next few day at a cool 18 degree high.

Over in Moscow, it'll be 27 and looking generally warm and sunny, despite a few clouds.
London was generally sunny today, but expect a 70% chance of showers tomorrow.
While Berlin and Madrid should see a mix of sun and clouds, but warmer in Madrid.. at 29 degrees.

Africa, maintaining its usual hot sunny conditions, though Algiers and Dakar the will see a partly cloudy Wednesday.
And yet again another hot day for Tripoli and Cairo at highs of 36 and 37.
But more comfortable temperatures in Cape Town at 21 degrees.
