South Korean Chung Chang-ho elected as ICC judge Updated: 2014-12-09 16:41:30 KST

South Korean Judge Chung Chang-ho has been elected to serve as a judge at the International Criminal Court.
The 48-year-old was voted in on Monday, local time, at the UN Headquarters in New York and will serve as one of the 18 judges at the ICC.
Mr. Chung passed the Korean bar exam in 1990 served as a senior judge at the Gwangju District Court and has been serving as a judge at a special tribunal in Cambodia since 2011.
With this, South Korea will now have two judges at the ICC.
